If you haven’t discovered already, you will soon find out that Cortez Hill Academy is a very special and unique school. The foundation has been laid to create an atmosphere of caring instruction that promotes student achievement. This foundation, along with structured activities, makes lifelong impressions, memories and opportunities for students.

The Cortez Hill Academy Parent Association is an extremely involved part of the school environment. Our goal is to continue the tradition of Parent involvement to assist the students, teachers and school staff.

Your participation is vital. You are welcome to become as involved as your schedules will allow. However, many parents have hectic schedules so the minimum required is listed below. The benefits of being involved are many. We look forward to meeting and working with each and every one of you.

Your participation is necessary for the success of the students and the school program. CHAPA is an all volunteer organization comprised of parents, guardians and family members of CHA students.

CHAPA DUES: $20 per family per year

VOLUTEER HOURS: 40 hours per family per year. As an alternative to providing volunteer hours families can donate items from teacher wish lists. $10 worth of merchandise equals one hour of service.
